If you know me, you'd know that I'm not able to live without my social media. Obviously the iPhone is a big part of my life, but then, I also can't live without the other stuffs, like Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and many many more other social media sites, but most of all, my Twitter. I tweet like crazy and there's nothing anyone can do to stop me (so to speak!), as I believe in the freedom of speech. As long as I don't spread malicious rumors about anyone, I don't see how "voicing" what I feel is wrong.
I was completely a-okay with my little joys of tweeting and facebook-ing and checking-in on-the-go. And honestly, I wasn't hurting anyone in terms of "revealing descriptive malicious/fake information". But when someone tweets/blogs/facebooks about people like me who are into social media and asking questions like "why you people like to be on facebook, etc?", first of all, ask yourself. After all, you did ask the question on FACEBOOK/BLOG/TWITTER right? Doesn't that then, make you a person suitable to answer that question?
I honestly am uncertain if those posts/tweets were meant for me, per say, but I am still super offended! Basically, what this person is "saying", is that, it is wrong for us to socialize via these media platforms. Do correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that I spend relatively enough time OUTSIDE my social media circle but I also maintain my social media life. If you think that you're not spending enough time with the people you want to outside your social media cycle, don't lump all of us in one group and then blame your bad choices on people like me who didn't even bother to question your behavior toward people!
More importantly, my joy of critisizing hypocrites. WHY in the world would you ask these questions (ie. how social media is affecting our lives) USING SOCIAL MEDIA platforms? Like dude! Is that ridiculous or what? You're saying how bad social media is, and yet, YOU ARE USING social media! Like WHY? Why would you ridicule yourself in such a way? I honestly dislike hypocrites, but sometimes, you guys are just too funny! Even if you wanna be hypocrites, don't be so silly and let me catch you la! :P
Thing is, I am very into what I do, what I've been doing, and will continue to do. I'm not going to stop just because you have "opinions" and I'm not going to apologize for what I have been doing and in my use of social media tools. Call me whatever you want, but I believe that as long as I don't judge you, you don't have a right to judge me too.

Day[9]'s interview on Forbes :)
As some of you may know, I once stood up very strongly when someone mocked Sean "Day[9]" Plott. How strongly you ask? That's for you to determine!
Anyway, the reason why I'm blogging this is cos I've always admired what Day9 does, and always will. All the more when I saw how tired he was during MLG Raleigh and YET, he managed to pull through the ENTIRE event! I was so proud of him. At one point, which if I'm not mistaken was a few days ago, his internet was either down or very bad. He was so so upset. I wouldn't say that he didn't curse at his telco company cos he did (haha!), but he tried to pre-record his daily and he went to stream it later! I thought that that was very cool of him and most importantly, very dedicated of him!

P/S: The video at the end of the interview, if you do have 2 hours to spare, please watch. It made me cry. :')

So, I really do admire him. Story time!!!!
Once upon a time, someone from somewhere called Day[9] "overweight and pathetic". Calling Sean "no outside life. Has he even seen a girl?" and all other nonsense. Even going as far as to say this, and I quote, "people who play online games have no social life". I admit, I don't really have THAT much time to play, but I love watching people play. On top of that, I play on the ladder which I have strong intentions on climbing. So, whatever the someone said, obviously and clearly upset me, so I retaliated and called him "NARROW-MINDED" on my blog. The post has since been removed as although it was targetted only at ONE person, I had failed to control my anger and I had insulted this person's community. Anyway, the whole entire incident only made me get compulsively obsessed with how HUGE the StarCraft 2 community is growing to, and how many people have been affected by this game, me included.
So here's where I boast like CRAZY about the fact that Sean "Day[9]" Plott has been interviewed by...... FORBES MAGAZINE!
So, before anything else, I apologize, but to whoever who commented on who, what, when and how Day[9] is and should be, this is for you.
Day[9] is on FORBES.
Are you?! :)
I honestly don't think that I'm a mean person. But DON'T ever step on my tail. You never know what you'll be getting yourself into. :) Read his interview and enjoy! This will be especially enjoyable to e-gamers, LIKE ME <3

Nice Thing Today: 6
Sorry. I know this has been WAYYYYY overdue, but the most recent nice thing that happened to me is that, I spent almost 4 hours with the bestie, Evonne Siew!
We both went to ChicPop cos I'm the meanie bestie and made her teman me to this marketplace and I was mean enough to make her teman me there. But she was lovely enough to teman me there :) I LOVE HER SO MUCH! Anyway, she will be leaving on 2nd Sept to China and I really hope by some miraculous work of faith, I will be there sending her off to the airport. Anyway, we had a lot of fun, talking, hanging, spent a lot of time TALKING :P And she even prompted me to get my polaroid camera which, to be honest, I didn't really need but I'm SUPER GLAD I bought one :) I'm very proud although I was saving up to buy the semi-pro DSLR, and now I can't!
Well, the best part was just spending time lepaking with her. I love her so much and although we lead very diffrerent lives, somehow when we get together, it's like we just saw each other yesterday. We're THAT comfortable with each other. Yes, I will miss her a lot, but I also know that when she gets back and we meet each other again, NOTHING will be different :) We'll still be able to update each other on the ups and downs of our lives and yes, we're that good friends.
So here, I wish you ALL THE BEST, my dear Evonne, and please come back soon! I will be missing you like CRAZY! Have an amazing time there, and don't forget to miss me ok? LOVE YOU!

Question of The Day: Education
Monday's QOTD was about being engaged in your education by Dato' Freida Pilus, posted by @motivationMY. I was very intriguied by the question and I was wondering, what did I learn from my education?
To be very honest, since I turned 11 (because that's when my grades started slipping), I was already aware that to my parents, I wasn't doing "good enough" because I would either get a low B or C grades for my exams with the exception of English. Then I turned to Maths. That's why I'm proud to say, I got A's for English, Maths and Add Maths. Everything else, I would either get a low B or C or when it comes to Geography/Sejarah, expect lower. But what I've realized since I was young was, I didn't like studying. Regardless of what my parents called me, I would refuse to study. I didn't want to be studious and I did want a normal life where I could go shopping, hang out with friends, and do basically everything I wanted. I also had friends who were the COMPLETE opposite of me. All they ever did was study. This carried on all the way till I graduated from SPM.
This changed a teeny bit when I enrolled into Cempaka College for my A-Levels. I knew then that education was important because of what Cempaka believed in. But for some reason, I didn't want to "do my best". Then I met the best teacher I've ever had in my entire studying life. Mrs. Wong Siew Chin, my Chemistry teacher. She was an AMAZING teacher and got me an A for my Chemistry. I only paid attention to Chemistry and obviously neglected all my other subjects. I was very happy that I managed to graduate but I've always wondered, what if I put in more effort?
Then I went into uni. I was enrolled into university and I was to do a degree in Accountings. With no offense to my university, those were the WORST 3 years of my studying life and I learned the meaning of education. I loved assignments because I would be able to research out of my powerpoint printed notes, and I got to write which I loved. My "groupmates" would take this opportunity to dump all their work to me, as I usually did all the editing and the compilation. What sucks even more, is that they would use it under the pretense that "their English is bad, so why do double-work?". I didn't complain, but I did slack in my studies because I would spend more time on assignments than studying. The only part I enjoyed in my uni-life was that I was a strong part of the Dance Club. That was it. Aside from that, I was DYING to get out of there. And I realized one thing. Lecturers gave out "tips" to their students. Saying which chapter would be covered and which won't. I even had one class where the teacher mentioned the different topics for EACH question. That is just WRONG! I mean if you asked my classmates, they were very very happy to find out that lecturers gave tips, but I knew in my head that it was wrong. I told my parents and their reactions were "How can that be?". I didn't do exceptionally well, but I did enough to obtain 2nd class honors.
I knew that it was wrong. But I also knew that I didn't have the right to say anything. But looking at where I am today, I do believe I made the right choice to not be spoonfed by my lecturers. I have many acquaintances who are on an average of similar GPAs to me who can't seem to hold a job for more than 6 months. I have acquaintances who are so scared to go out and look for a job, that they continue to study. Some choose to do ACCA full-time whilst others choose to do a new degree. I'm honestly not saying that one option is better than the other, but to be honest, I believe in growing in my career. Even if that means, taking time to choose one. I chose mine.
In today's generation, parents tend to overrate grades. Getting high grades doesn't mean that your child will be THAAAAATTTT smart! Anyone remembered the girl who got 17A's and then got kicked out of Harvard or Oxford or something like that? Embarrasing much?
Education is supposed to be engaging. Yes, test papers and examinations mean something. But not to burden the child too much either. I know of a couple of parents who puts their daughter through so much pressure, that she seems "distant" from the rest of us. While other kids are running around and playing, she's sitting in the corner doing homework or studying. It's wrong to see a child lose her childhood that way. She doesn't seem like a child anymore. It even starts to feel like she can't really fathom a proper conversation because she doesn't know how to. She only communicates to her parents and the topics of conversations are only about academics.
Education is NOT meant to be 100% academics. It's supposed to be holistic and all-rounded. Cempaka has a system of "mind, body and soul". I wish I had this sort of education. I remembered that when I got out of high school, I didn't know how to play a single sport. That really sucked. While I was in uni, I remembered that the questions on my exam papers were in bad grammar. I thought about it and I now wonder if I didn't do well because my lecturers didn't understand what I had written. It was really bad.
Children nowadays deserve better education and definitely a better system. I hope it changes soon. We should all be engaged in our education and educate the younger generation! <3

Nice Thing Today: 5
This is one of the nice things that happened to me last Tuesday.
Finished an appointment at Sunway Medical Hospital at around 6.30pm last night and got stuck in a VERY VERY bad jam, all the way back to Phileo Damansara. But then, I had my "NICE THING" to look forward to, although I was already super tired and frustrated with the traffic and all. I wasn't even feeling too well. I mean, I had a bad headache and some dizzy spells. Anyway, I reached my office at about 8pm, picked up my car, and FLEW all the way to Mid Valley where I was to meet up with Charmaine and Siew Mei :)
I had arranged for a meet up with Charmaine and Siew Mei to have dinner. Charmaine was craving Japanese so we had arranged for dinner at Sushi Zanmai. Of course I was super late, so I felt crazy bad. As if that wasn't bad enough, I had to go to the toilet really bad. But I held it in, and then went only after I said hi to them :P So we had a nice nice dinner at Sushi Zanmai. Filled our tummy with the Soft Shell Crab Maki which we all love! So we had that and talked and talked and talked. It was a really great time. Then we decided to go for dessert and we wanted to have it at Hokkaido Ichiban but it was already closed, so we detoured over to Alexis where we had amazing Pavlova and Brownie :)
We took pictures, cam-whored and all. Hahaha! It was quite funny but then we had so much fun! We poured our hearts out as well and it was really cool! Can't wait for our next outing :)

Nice Thing Today: 4
Hey! Haven't been blogging for quite a while. Sorry for that! But just wanted to update, that a nice thing which happened to me today! :)
Today, I was supposed to go to Media Prima studios for an interview. Well, obviously I wasn't the one getting interviewed :P But I was supposed to be there by 7.30am. If any of you guys lived in Cheras, you'd know about the STUPID crazy long-ass jams around the Cheras area. So I decided to leave at around 6.20am this morning, and I got to Media Prima about 6.50am-7am. I thought that I was gonna have to wait for about 30mins plus, so I decided to ronda the place and find out where is the location of the MHI studio which I was supposed to go to. Upon ronda-ing the place, I see the FlyFM booth! Obviously Prem, Hafiz and Nadia were inside doing their thing. I had heard their voices on air, but never really seen them in person. So I decided to tweet them and say, "I saw the Pagi Rock Crew". Then their reply was "you're here? wave and we'll dance for you :)"
So after I ronda-ed a bit more, I found where the MHI studio was, and even met the person who's in charge of call-time, I went back to the FlyFM booth, which was just outside the studio. I smiled and waved. They all smiled back at me and waved too :) I was so excited! Then, Nadia stands up, takes a red whiteboard marker, and writes HELLO! on the window! Hahaha! So cute cos she was trying to write mirror-image! And then, the next thing I know, they're calling me to go inside! Of course I said no, because that wouldn't be too nice, especially if my supervisor were to arrive around that time. Then, Prem walks out to actually greet me! :) He says Hi, asks me what am I doing there, etc. Basically had an actual conversation with me. But then, it was their busy time, so he couldn't really spend much time talking to me. Then I walked back to the window and took pictures of them! It was really nice of them to pose for me. Then as I am taking their picture, guess who walks out?
HUNNY MADU!
To those of you who don't know her, she's a singer/DJ! Relatively famous in the industry. She actually stops to speak to me. Have a conversation with me. Honestly, I used to think that these kind of people, DJs, celebrities, etc, would be quite unfriendly. But today, Hafiz, Prem, Nadia and Hunny proved me wrong! :) Such nice, warm and welcoming people! <3
Officially, FlyFM is my new favorite station :) Especially the Pagi Rock Crew <3
So much for my NTT! Totally made my day so much brighter! Looking forward to cheering more people up with this story! Especially since now the internet is only filled with negative media. The UK Riots, our National issues, Landslides, Earthquake warnings, etc. Sigh.
Thanks again guys! <3

Nice Thing Today: 3
I sorta blogged this but didn't click send so here is Monday's NTT :)
After work (yes, I'm already working!), I went to meet up with the boyfriend to go visit his parents. After that, we went to have dinner, just me, him and his mum at this place called "Kelantan Delights". This place is owned by a couple who introduced them to myself as "Uncle Sabri" and "Aunty Wati" :) They were not there at the place, but they asked his mum to head on over to their house to collect something. I was already very tired at the time, and was wondering to myself "OMG, how long is this gonna take?". The thoughts ended when I stepped into their beautiful home!
Their house was so big, but not the overly-grand "I HATE THIS" kind of big. It was warm, and cozy, and it was so comfortable. The house has this HUGE pond which contains many many kois which are huge!!! Their kois were very well-fed. That's for sure. And there was a swimming pool inside as well. So you can imagine how big the area of the house is. But the house was really amazingly comfy and I love how they decorated the house. It felt very homey. :)
We were sitting in the living room for quite a bit, then, Uncle Sabri said "I want to kidnap all of you for about 10-15 minutes can?". Obviously we all didn't say no, so we followed him downstairs to what seems like a party room. There was a foosball table, and a pool table and another covered up room. He told us to get into the room. When I walked in, all that was in my mind was "WOW!". IT WAS A PRIVATE CINEMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't think I'm such a jakun! I have seen private cinemas before, but they all had normal projectors is all. This one, had a HIGH DEF PROJECTOR! I witnessed 2 weddings via DVD and it was clear as the blue sky! Beautiful! And the wedding videos were of Uncle and Aunty's children. :) It was very well-done. And then, we proceeded to watch snippits of a David Foster concert. It was beautiful! The music was amazing, and the picture quality was beautiful! I cried when Ne-Yo and Charice did a BEAUTIFUL rendition of "Earth Song". Then again, I teared when I saw Michael Bolton and Seal performing a mash-up of "When a Man Loves a Woman/This is a Man's World". Beautiful music, and we stayed on so late, I didn't even notice the time. The experience was amazing cos Uncle let me sit on a reclining chair, with blanket and all! Felt so amazing! Uncle and Aunty was so hospitable and welcoming, I felt so warm inside. :) The concert was BRILLIANT! And I can't wait to either watch the whole thing or something. It was amazing. Andrea Bocelli, Katherine McPhee, Charice, Ne-Yo, BabyFace, Earth, Wind and Fire, etc! It was beautiful! I felt like I was in heaven! <3
That was an unplanned date/unpredictable. Regardless, I had a lot of fun, and I really thank Uncle Sabri and Aunty Wati for being such wonderful hosts! Also, thank you to my boyfie and his mum for taking me there! :) I really had so much fun and was so happy! Not forgetting the fact that all those songs were stuck in my head for the past 3 days! LOL! Michael Buble singing "Feeling Good" at the concert, and I was like *swwwwoooonnnnsss*! He's such an amazing singer! Beautiful voices! Oh, and Uncle Sabri was amazed that I knew who Michael Bolton was and even loved him :P I'm young at age, but old in music. This is all thanks to my mum and Aunty Mary who when I was younger, taught me Michael Bolton, Whitney Houston, Teresa Teng, Lionel Richie, etc. :)
So yeah, that was my NTT for Monday! <3 Stay cool and look beautiful!

Nice Thing Today!
So this is something new I've been working on. Finally I get to reveal it! YAYY! :D
I realized that I've been quite negative about life. But everyday, there's always something nice to see, do or something nice that has been done or spoken unto you. No matter how bad your day may go, there'll always be something nice that happens. And with that, I'd like to introduce to you, Nice Thing Today (NTT) *smile*
I would start by tweeting about what is something nice that has happened to each and every one of you. You can add to this via tweets, or comments onto my blog!
The reason why I am doing this, is because I think that it's really important for each and everyone of us to be grateful at the end of the day. No point ending the day, being angry or disappointment. There'll always be something for us to be happy about, regardless of how big or how small. :) I am looking forward to your responses and I look forward to us sharing our happiness!
The most important point to this, is that we should always be happy!
The NTT posts will be starting tonight! I will be posting your responses by tonight. :)

Announcement!
Hey guys!
I know it's been quite a while and I have yet to post up my Lush Review Part 2, but please wait for it!
Also, I would like to announce that I am currently on a break from making hauls, due to the lack of time (not to mention cash!). However, I will try and vlog as much as I can. I'm currently in the midst of working on some other new ideas. To try and be on the lookout for it!
As per usual, LOTS OF LOVE!

Lush Review: Part 1
Dear all,
I am currently in the midst of editing my haul video. Did some crying today, so my eyes are quite hurting from all the staring at the screen. Anyway, here's a written review on some of the things I got from Lush :) Kudos to the person who brought them back all the way from USA for me.
I am currently in the midst of editing my haul video. Did some crying today, so my eyes are quite hurting from all the staring at the screen. Anyway, here's a written review on some of the things I got from Lush :) Kudos to the person who brought them back all the way from USA for me.
These are called "Dragon's Egg" Bath Bombs. I happened to get 2 of them (costs USD$ 4.95 each). One of them got crushed in the process of "transporting them over". But, in actual fact, since I don't have a tub, I was planning to crush them anyway. But one of these bath bombs got salvaged. :) If you wanna see how these things look in real life, do check out my haul. Once it's uploaded, I will post a copy here as well! The smell is AMAZING! I totally adore the citrus-y smell that it emits. I took pieces of it and put them in a tiny pail of water. It turned the water soapy, milky and smelling like a farm of oranges and lemons and pineapples. Beautiful smell. I sorta used the water as very liquified soap. It was amazing. I love the milky feeling it had on my skin. But I made a bit too much, so I saved some for my mum to use! :) Hope she enjoyed it as much as I did!
The 2nd bath bomb I got is the "Twilight" Bath Bomb (I got 2, and each costs USD$ 4.95). I have yet to use this, but apparently, it would turn the water a dark pink with a mixture of blue, and the end product, dark purple colored water! :) The smell is more lavender-ish. Very nice smell. However, both bombs got crushed in the process of "transportation". :( But I got to see the inside of the bomb. There is a smaller circle inside that is blue in color. The outside is a light purple shade. Very sweet colors. Smells like a mixture of Lavender and Lime. I would have to try it out before I actually give it a verdict, but apparently, if you're tired, you should use this because it's supposed to help you sleep.
I also got 2 of these. These are called "Seanik" Shampoo Bar (costs USD$ 9.95 each, and buy one free one Shampoo Bar Tin cost USD$ 3.95 each). This is AMAZING beyond words. First of all, the color is awesome! For those of you who don't know, I LOVE BLUE! So this really made me smile! :) It doesn't really emit a very strong smell, but it does smell like the ocean. It's made of sea salt, and seaweed. I'm currently using one bar. It makes my hair smell like I just got out from the ocean! I totally love the after-effect. To be honest, it's not the prettiest thing to look at. It actually looks quite disgusting because of the odd pieces of seaweed. And when you wet it, it makes it look even more disgusting because you get these blue foams, and then you get soft oozing dark green seaweed on your hands. But after that, WOW! The smell is amazing, and it does make my hair feel like I just got out of the ocean :) Amazing stuff! I really pray for Lush to one day, open a flag store in KL. <3
The next thing I have for my hair, is the "Veganese" Conditioner. Only got one bottle (costs USD$ 26.95). This is a very very light conditioner. Unlike those from Pantene and all, they feel super heavy. I like that it smells a LOT like lemonade. The smell is more than enough to make me faint to the floor. I really adore the intense lemon smell that this product emits. It really works very well with my Seanik Shampoo. I've used this twice now, and the effect is amazing. Very well-produced and the best part? This entire product is VEGETARIAN (not that I'm a vegan!). So if you're some vegan who doesn't believe in using non-vegan products, this is the one for you. :)
The next product I got is this "9 to 5" Facial Cleansing Lotion (costs USD$ 17.95 each) and I got one bottle. So this is (as per the picture) made of almonds and orchid oil. It doesn't smell of either. Kinda smells a bit like the kiddie sunblock. But I was quite astonished. The product doesn't lather at all. So I presumed that it was just like a moisturizer? Yet, it says "cleansing". I was quite curious, so I googled "Cleansing Lotion". Apparently, you can just apply it, wait for 5-10 minutes, then do one of two things. One, wipe of the lotion using a wet cotton pad, or two, wash it off. So I did just that. My face feels a teeny bit moisturized after using this. Again, I've only used it twice, so I'm really not sure of the results just yet. But this is supposed to be good for "after make-up" :) Good for me as I have been using make-up quite recently!
Moving onto body products, I got a tub of "Rub Rub Rub" Shower Scrub (costs USD$ 17.95 each). This smells a bit like the Seanik Shampoo. Smells of the ocean, but feels totally like salt! What I did was during my shower, I took a small scoop and rubbed it all over me. As ticklish as it feels, after washing it off, my skin actually felt so smooth like you would never believe! This is one product that I'm really very happy about. The smell is just totally amazing, and the feeling of the product is just WOW! I would definitely recommend this to my friends who have yet to feel or touch anything from Lush. This feels so natural. Loving it!
I have yet to actually use this. This is called "The Joy of Jelly" Shower Jelly (costs USD$ 10.95 each). The description of this, is that it's supposed to be a joyful, sensual jelly for lovers. Supposed to be used on your partner and vice versa. LOL! But to be honest, I bought it because...... IT'S PURPLE! Hahaha! The other ones were blue and black. It's not that I don't like blue and black, but I don't really like black cherries and the blue one? I already had the blue scrub. So I got this in PURPLE! :D The color is so pretty and the smell, it kinda smells like blueberries, but it's not stated in the label. In fact, it's supposedly to be heavily concentrated with seaweed, jasmine and rose. Once again, since I have yet to use it, I can't review it, but I am amazed by the jelly-like substance and am looking forward to using it.
I know that this post is relatively long, but I am not done yet. Please be patient for Part 2. Look out for "Dream Cream" Body Lotion, "Wiccy Magic Muscles" Massage Bar, and "Shimmy Shimmy" Sparkle Bar. Coming up all in Lush Review Part 2!

FormSpring Question: Relationships!
I have a Formspring account and I was asked a "weird" question today. So the question was:
"If a guys cries in front of you, because you had hurt him, what does it mean?"
The reason why I think this question is weird is because, never ever have I considered myself good in relationships. In fact, I don't think I'm quite good at it. But then again, since I've been asked, I might as well answer it properly. But before I get sued or whatever:
DISCLAIMER: All thoughts poured out here are of my own opinions. It is based on personal experiences and no thorough research has been done on this issue. Therefore, do not hold on to my advises and then sue me later, ok? :P
So, back to the question. If you have hurt a guy somehow, and he cries? I can come up with a few reasons:
- He really is hurt. No explanation needed.
- He trusted you, and you broke his heart. This could only mean one thing, he will never trust you in the same way he ever did.
- He has lost all hope on you. Again, no explanation needed.
If it's the first option, there are certain things you can do to "brighten his day". The best thing is to take him on a date, like how he would to you. Just basically "manja" him, but don't overdo it. Just make him realize that you really care about him, and apologize a million times until he accepts it and forgets the whole thing. Secret? They will never forget what you did.
If it's the 2nd option, your relationship won't last very long. Because no relationship will last without trust. Trust is a HUGE part of your relationship. It takes a lot of work to trust someone, and sometimes, you may never ever trust someone. This goes to show that you're not with the right person yet. Or at least that's what I think.
If it's the 3rd option, again, your relationship wouldn't last. I mean, ask yourself. Why would a guy be with someone whom he has lost hope on? And I would agree with him.
Personally, the right way to feel about a guy, and a guy about a girl, should be that, "I can live just as happily as I can without him, I just choose not to".
Again, I am not a professional and I believe that everyone has their soulmate. Every one has to find the wrong person, to know that they've found the right one. This is my personal motto. Please do not hold on to every word I say and then sue me after that. The disclaimer is up there. READ IT!
I also believe that everyone deserves to be in love, and stay in love. SPREAD THE LOVE! <3

Question of The Day: Simple Pleasures!
Today's question by @motivationMY is:
"What is (are) your simple pleasure(s)?"
I thought about this for quite a bit. There are different kinds of "pleasure". I can sorta give my own definition of simple pleasures! There are simply too many for me to name but be patient! I really wish I could have all this at one go. Sigh. *dozes off into daydream land*
Food:
I believe my simple pleasures in terms of food are, anything cold/ice-blended from Starbucks, ice-cream/froyo, mash potatoes, Mcdonald's French Fries (drowned in salt and chili sauce), cheesecakes, and so much more! In terms of food, it's quite easy to please me. I eat a lot so in terms of food, I'm quite easy to please :)
Activities:
In terms of activities, only limited activities to me are considered "pleasurable" *wink*. For one, I really love dancing! NOT teaching, but dancing for myself. Learning, or even just freestyle, can make me very happy! I also enjoy shopping. Shopping, to me, somehow is very very therapeutic. Ok, the after-effect isn't that good when I've realized how much I have spent when I'm at the counter, but the process of it is just amazing. Sigh. If only money was available in an endless barrel for me to pick up from!!! *dozes off into dreamland... AGAIN!* I miss the times when I could shop and shop and shop. Yes, at one point I could do just that. But then, age sinks in. You'd have to pay for super a lot of bills, and then, support your meal-fetish (yes, I have a fetish for comfort food, which can be expensive!), followed by a lifetime of Starbucks (which is super not cheap!), and just so many more things which I have to pay for. OH.MY.GOSH! It has come to my attention that I have really been spending a lot lately. :P Very very bad! Please do not follow my actions! I'm a well-acclaimed shopaholic! It's very tiring to calculate spendings and stuff, so I would suggest that you get an iPhone, and get a budgeting app. I tried it, and it failed miserably 'cos regardless of the warnings that I was off-budget, I'd still eat and buy my stuff anyway. HAHA! Hmm. What else do I do? I enjoy playing Starcraft2!
I have an entire story about SC2 so please bear with me for a while, aite? :)
Well, I learnt about SC2 when it first came out. My boyfriend's brothers and himself plays a lot of this and they each got a copy of it so that they could play this. So I watched them playing a few games. But I didn't really think about playing it. In fact I actually thought that playing SC2 was taking up a lot of his time. To be honest, initially, I thought it was like Counter Strike (which I despise, to be honest! Don't ask me why, I just do!). But one day, he was taking a shower if I'm not mistaken, and I got really bored, so I took out his laptop, and started fiddling around. Obviously his SC2 was still open, and I clicked the "video" logo, which actually shows replays. So I watched a few of that, and it got me hooked! I was interested as I could read the typed-out conversation happening between him and his alies, while they were fighting with their opponents. It was interesting to see how they could combat the rest. They were using a certain type of army to combat another type of army. SC2 has 3 races which you can play. Terran (human), Zerg (an alien-lifeforce, kinda bacteria-like), and Protoss (an alien-lifeforce, kinda technology type). When I found out all these, my intrigue got the better of me, and when my boyfriend got out of the shower, I asked him if he could teach me how to play. He can play all races, but is more proficient in Terran. So he taught me how to play Terran. Since then, I've been playing Terran.
Unlike others, I learned how to play the game, as a Terran, step-by-step. I played the entire mission, which is a story-like mission and you basically get to learn how to play as Terran and Protoss from there. So I still consider myself a newbie, and I kinda suck because my APM (Action-Per-Minute) is super low, but I'm learning and catching up. I'm currently in the Bronze League, like number 100+++ for 1v1s. I haven't been playing in quite a while and I hope to play more with the boyfriend when he gets back. The reason why I don't play is because your internet has to be super stable when you're playing. For me, the only place where I can get super stable, unlaggy internet is at the studio. Usually, when I'm at the studio, I'm either teaching or dancing. So there really isn't much time for me to play. But thanks to the boyfriend, I've found SOOOOO MANY people I can learn from. I'm crazy over Day9 because he really inspires me as a newbie, and especially Adam and Jeff of LAGtv. Adam (NovaWar) and Jeff (MaximusBlack) are FUNNY as heck! They really make games so much more fun! Although it's meant to be funny (especially their series of When Cheese Fails and Say Cheese with MaximusBlack!), they make certain points of certain mistakes which you will learn to take note of. They are really hilarious and all, but there's always a lesson behind every WCF. You either learn it or you don't. Your choice.
So yeah. That's how I got to love SC2 and regardless of what people say, I'm a girl and I love StarCraft 2 and I'm super proud of it :) So I enjoy watching YouTube videos about StarCraft 2 and playing SC2. I find it quite therapeutic as well. I don't intend to be a pro-gamer, so there's really no stress in me climbing the ladder. My boyfriend, however, has every intention of climbing the ladder and I wish him all the best!
I also enjoy watching YouTube haul videos, or make-up tutorials. I find that relatively therapeutic as well, since I myself make haul videos (speaking of which, find my Diva Haul video as below!)
Quiet Time:
Personally, quiet time (regardless with the boyfriend or not!) is a very rare occasion. Quiet time for me constitutes 2 things.
1. Being with the boyfriend and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
2. Being alone and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I believe those statements hold for themselves :P
Those are my personal simple pleasures :) Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for shameless advertising, please subscribe to my YouTube channel (Link here!!! http://www.youtube.com/user/sherylhosulynn?feature=mhee). Thank you <3
Again, thank you for reading, and taking time out to read my "simple" pleasures which apparently aren't that cheap or simple! I just hope you enjoy! :)

Update: Missing in Action!
Hey guys! I know I've been kinda MIA and all. Sorta had to take a break from blogging and going online in general. My physical health is in really bad condition. This update isn't going to be too nice, because I sorta have been sick and just wanna update those of you who really care about me :)
Since last Tuesday/Wednesday, I've been very very ill. It was worst in the first few days. I felt very nauseous and kept throwing up. I've basically been vomiting everything that I've been eating, and it's been going on for almost a week. I've been to a doctor whom thinks that this is hormonal, as it happened one day after I got my period. She gave me some anti-vomit medication. The pills don't work AT ALL! I'm supposed to take one before I eat. Did the routine twice and I still threw up anyway, TWICE! So when I told my bf, he thought that I have food poisoning and advised me to eat charcoal tablets. I still threw up a few times after that, and to be honest, has not stopped. Today, he asked me if it was psychological. I got quite "defensive", as I was bulimic/anorexic for almost 3 years! But he asked if I was stressed or anxious about anything. I told him that the only thing I was anxious about was that he isn't here. So in terms of my physical condition, I'm not feeling too well and I still am super nauseous and I just had dinner :(
Within the past week, I have learned a very valuable/expensive lesson. This lesson involves me not thinking with my emotions. This is and has always been a very bad habit of mine. But I realize now, that nothing good can come out of using emotions. However, thinking with your head, can make you seem brilliant and smart! I really learned my lesson, and cannot wait to put my lessons into actions :)
Again, please subscribe to my YouTube channel as I have posted up another short video. Can't wait to make more! Please subscribe and do leave some nice comments ok? Enjoy!

P/S: do leave a comment if you have an idea of what I can do a video of? (ie. a certain shopping mall or certain retail store, etc).

Apologies Part 2!
This blog post is quite emotional for me. One of my blog posts raised a lot of rage as I had hurt some people in the process of setting up that post. Here, I would like to apologize to each and every person whom I've hurt.
To be very honest, I have a few Caucasian friends. Well, probably they wouldn't wanna be my friends anymore after reading my post. But I really admire what they do. Some of them are really dedicated at their jobs. In the back of my mind, was anger and I wasn't really thinking about what I had said. I really apologize for that.
To some of you, you have really helped me at doing my work. I understand how my post could've hurt you and I again would like to mention that the post was out of anger. I did not mean to hurt or harm anyone. I know all the "sorry"s in the world will not take back for what I have done. But I just want to do my part.
I admit that I was being very "pathetic" and "immature" as to what people called me. I admit as well that I was "deluded". I was so engrossed in my anger that I did not stop to think of the consequences of my actions. Well, lesson learned. I probably have lost many friends which I had made. This is a very expensive price to pay, because for those of you who know me well, I love having friends around me. Now I don't.
It would make sense to me to being called a puppet or clone. I admit that I love being in a community where friendship is stronger than anything else. Friendship and passion over something is what makes Cempaka what it is now. Nothing anyone or I can say, will ever bring it down. I knew this since I was in A-Levels hence my insistance on not pursuing Accountings and going back there. I knew that this was the place for me. And this was even before "him".
Why is this emotional, you might ask? Well, because of what I did, I may have lost a family. One who had helped me grow and cared for me. Most importantly, I have hurt the one I love the most. He is hurt because I have hurt his school and his family. Again, I know and I realize my mistakes. I apologize to everyone and most of all, to apologize to him.
I know that nothing I say or do can reverse the harm that I have done. But all I can do is apologize again and again for what I have said, and especially to the teachers and my friends whom I have hurt. I did not mean to hurt or harm anyone. Everything that I had said was out of rage and out of anger. It was completely my mistake. I was in fact being pathetic, immature, and deluded.
I will make the effort to apologize to each and every person, face-to-face, whom I have hurt or harmed. I did not mean to ambush or catch anyone off the hook.
Lesson learned: Never act on emotions. It won't get you anywhere, it'll just make things worst.

Positivity :)
Life is full of ups and downs. With every up, there will always be a down. However, people always fail to realize, that with every down, there is always an up.
Live your life with positivity and smile to everyone. Why be sad, and sorrowful? Negative and down?
I must make sure that I practice what I preach. Personally, I have been quite upset at certain things which have happened. But I hope I can make things right. How? By going for my own dreams.
I will update this blog in the future to explain what I mean. But for now, go forth. Enjoy and seize the day! CARPE DIEM!

Apologies!
To all who have noticed, I have taken down my last blog post.
Here I would like to publicly apologize for my last post. It was very emotional of me to rant out here. I promise to post more substantial and informative issues in the future.
There should have been no reason for me to lash out to a certain group of people publicly. I apologize for what I did and I will watch what I post in the future.
Once again, apologies to anyone whom I have hurt in this process, and I hope that you will accept my apology.
Thank you!

Revived YouTube Channel
My YouTube channel has finally been revived! YAYY! I didn't remove my old dancing videos, so if you wanna see me making a fun of myself, please go ahead and do so.
I just really wanna thank everyone out there who's been supporting me. Few names to mention:
I just really wanna thank everyone out there who's been supporting me. Few names to mention:
- The BF (boyfriend) - For supporting me in all I do and even giving me some advice. Hopefully he'll gain some self-confidence and appear in one of my videos someday :)
- The DARLING (bestie) - Basically for just supporting me in EVERYTHING and for appearing in my videos. I hope to produce more with your esteemed appearance! :)
- Syafique (motivationMY) - Thank you for supporting me and even encouraging me with your comments and tweets. I'm currently working on a male haul video, but that will take a bit of time as I'm quite busy with work recently, but you'll be the first one to know when it's up :)
- Family - For allowing me to produce my video and keeping very quiet whilst I'm doing it. I'm sure you'll know how irritating it is to have to re-do a take just cos someone cut you in between. So thank you for being patient with me, especially while I'm filming :)
- Any supporters in general - there's no other words other than THANK YOU! :)
I am really happy that this is turning out okay. Actually, this is happening much faster than expected. I'm starting really small-scale right now. I plan to do more lifestyle videos, whilst learning more from others. I will do some "Get-to-know-you" videos because for some reason, I have this addiction of getting to know people. Who knows, if you leave a comment, I might be looking for you to appear on one of my videos next? :)
My male haul video's guest will be doing his shopping in approximately 3-4 weeks time so only then will I be able to show the male haul video. I won't leave you hanging for so long though. I'll try and make up some videos in between! Till then, take care and lots of love! <3
